Rules:

2. Age Limit: 15 years and older as of day of
event.
3. All submission will be reviewed by the entertainment
committee, final contestants will be contacted
on Saturday August 13, 2011.
4. Contest will be conducted as a single elimination
tournament.
5. All submissions must be received or post marked
by August 1, 2011.
6. If you are unable to send, text, or email,
please contact Kelli Leuck at 419- 308-3513.
7. Please have five songs of contestants choice
prepared for the main event.
8. Contestant will need to provide his/her own
music.
